OPEN LOTUS SCHEDULE:

 

I am offering online classes at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please email me for the link and password to join in with the next class. (There is a separate link and password for each class.) Offered on a pay-what-you can basis. Ask for an online invoice for any amount or pay by Venmo @Liz-Holt-11

 

On Thursdays I hold an in-person class at noon at Raleigh Yoga Center.* 

*The in-person class is also "zoomed out" to other participants. Limited to the first five who email or text me ahead. See pricing below.

 

Also email me to inquire about the possibility of private virtual classes one-on-one (virtual so as to maintain physical distance.) or in-person maintaining all protocols for COVID-19 protection.

Been away from yoga for awhile? Ease back into it this winter - all classes are gentle and start where you are! If you are interested in a private class before joining a regularly scheduled group class, please contact me to arrange! All classes can be virtual or outdoors.

60 minute group classes (online or in-person) with Liz/Open Lotus are $15 for drop-in (single class rate) or you may purchase a class card. 5 classes $65.00, 10 classes $125.00.


Gift certificates available as well as props to enhance your practice.

Credit cards and Venmo accepted.

One year expiration on gift certificates and class passes!

Gentle flow classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and level of experience. Beginners welcome.

Restorative yoga classes include a gentle warmup followed by relaxing poses that allow your muscles to stretch and you to breathe a sigh of relief. The poses use comforting props that support you and are held for longer than in flow class.

We complete each practice with a period of releasing, renewing and mindful breathing. Suitable for all levels.

Private classes with Liz for individuals or groups on some nights and weekends upon request. See brochure for more information and email Liz.
